Order Processing
At Kaidon, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to prepare your order for dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with details on how to track the status of your shipment.
Domestic Shipping — United States
We offer various shipping options to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. The following shipping options are available for domestic orders:

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost or damaged, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. When contacting us, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
