- Not be worn, altered, or damaged in any way
- Include all original packaging and accessories

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be processed through Shopify Payments, and the bank processing time may vary. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your return tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
